Introduction:
The DX8602 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of Ignition Temperature of Plastics by Hot Air Furnace Method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Test Methods for Burning Properties of Plastics - Determination of Flash Ignition Temperature and Autoignition Temperature". It fully complies with the requirements of GB4610-2008 and simultaneously meets the standards of ISO871-2006, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant performance of plastic materials
DX8602 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of ignition temperature by plastic hot air furnace method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Determination of flash ignition temperature and self ignition temperature for plastic combustion performance test methods". It fully complies with GB4610-2008 and also meets the requirements of ISO871-2006 standard, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials

Test principle of DX8602 ignition temperature tester
Test principle of DX8602 ignition temperature tester:
In the heating chamber of the hot air furnace, samples are heated at different temperatures. A small flame is directly used to ignite the escaping gas at the opening above the furnace to determine the flash ignition temperature. The autoignition temperature is determined in the same way as the flash ignition temperature, but no flame is applied.
Customized ceramic tubes with an inner diameter of 100mm±5mm, a length of 240mm ±20mm, and a temperature resistance of no less than 750℃.
2. The inner diameter of the inner tube is 75mm±2mm, the length is 240mm ±20mm, and the temperature resistance is not less than 750℃.
3. The flame height of the butane igniter can be adjusted freely from 10mm to 20mm.
4. The temperature inside the furnace can remain constant at any temperature within the range of (150-750) ℃.
5. Equipped with flowmeters to precisely control gas flow;
6. The insulation layer is composed of insulation mineral wool with a thickness of more than 60mm and wrapped with stainless steel on the outside.
7. Three thermocouples and a temperature instrument are used to detect the temperature inside the furnace and the temperature of the samples.
8. The sample container is made of stainless steel.
